The cost of the apartment per day in Euros:

The price includes bedding and towel use (except beach towel use), as well as utilities, but it doesn’t include the final cleaning.
 
The final cleaning of the apartment is of an additional cost: 80 euro

 
 
Conditions:
 
·           Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. Guests must not smoke in the apartment . Please respect this requirement.
·         Pets are not allowed in the apartment

·         Arrival: after 15.00 hours.
·         Departure: before 11.00 hours.

·         The apartment is available for a maximum of 4 guests.
·         Parties and events cannot be held here.
·         After 22.00 hours please keep quiet.
       
·        Please wash the used dishes and take out the trash before leaving.
