The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a holiday complex. The building has 2 elevators. It is situated 300 metres (800 feet) from the beautiful, over 10 km (6.2 miles) long sandy beach. The apartment is fully furnished and comes equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. The balcony provides a breath-taking view of the sea, the Alicante Bay, and the castle on the one side, while on the other side, you’ll be greeted with the incredible views of the adjacent mountains and gorgeous sunset.
