The price includes the use of bed linen and towels (except beach towels), as well as water and electricity, but does not include the cost of final cleaning.

Conditions
Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. Therefore, smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Please respect this.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Arrival: after 3 pm
Departure: before 11 am
We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests in the apartment
Parties and events are not allowed.
Please refrain from loud activities after 10 pm
Please wash the used dishes and take out the trash before leaving.
