Arenales Sea View Apartment (short name: Arenales Apartment) is located on the 4th floor of a holiday complex. The building has 2 elevators. It is situated 250 meters from the beautiful, more than 10 km long, fine sandy beach.
The apartment consists of a well-equipped living room - kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious terrace. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the bay of Alicante and the castle. In the other direction you can enjoy the view of the mountains and colorful sunsets.
The bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm wide each), while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm).The apartment provides a comfortable vacation space for 2 + 2 people as the maximum.Free parking is possible in front of the house in the street parking lot.

Community Facilities
The complex features a swimming pool with 2 jacuzzis (not heated) for those looking to refresh themselves. There is a sunbathing area with parasols around the pool.On one side of the complex there is a football and basketball court, while on the sea side there is a children playground and outdoor exercise equipment.
On the top of the house there is a huge roof terrace, which can be used for both sunbathing and drying clothes. The terrace offers a magnificent 360° panorama of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding facilities. This is the best place for a morning coffee too
